Pull'n Save IFAK

The Pull'n Save IFAK is distinguished from other IFAKs with its different design, consisting of two pieces: a holder and a bag. The bag is made of lightweight rip-stop fabric, while the outer holder is made of 500 Dtex Cordura fabric, making it compatible with difficult field conditions, waterproof, and protective of the inner bag. As the name Pull'n Save indicates, it is used on attack vests or on the chest, allowing intervention for a casualty by pulling from the carrying handles. The holder stays in place thanks to its integrated universal MOLLE system and can be reinserted into the bag holder when desired. It also features the ExtracTIP feature on the holder. The kit comes fully stocked with trauma care contents including a tourniquet, chest seal, combat gauze, nasal airway, decompression needle, trauma shears, modular bandage, and more, in Green Camo finish.
