Challenger IFAK

The Challenger IFAK is a lightweight, low-profile trauma pouch made of 500 dtex Cordura fabric, making it waterproof and durable for demanding field conditions over many years of use. It features a MOLLE system on the front and a Universal MOLLE system on the back, allowing it to be attached easily to bags, assault vests, and other equipment. The pouch opens 180° when attached to a belt or bandolier, providing convenient access during casualty intervention. Internal pockets and elastic material keep contents secure while allowing comfortable mobility for the practitioner. Despite its compact size, it offers storage space for up to 13 items and includes a carrying handle and nameplate. The pouch also incorporates ExtracTIP Technology, allowing the universal MOLLE system to be removed from other equipment with a single upward pulling action, enabling fast detachment in emergencies. Available in Coyote, Coyote Camo, and Green Camo variants.
